実施率の計算方法

分子：		サイクル数が４サイクル以上であった患者数
分母：		アンスラサイクリン、タキサン、CMFのいずれかの化学療法が術後化学療法として終了し、終了から２週間経過している乳癌患者数

根拠

　乳癌診療ガイドライン薬物療法2004年版、2007年版ともに、CMF、AC、ECなどのサイクル数を比較した、メタアナリシス、比較試験を引用して、CMFまたはアンスラサイクリンを含む治療に関して、そのサイクル数としては４～６サイクルを推奨している。その解説の中では、一般にはCMF では６サイクル、ACでは４サイクル、その他のアンスラサイクリンを含むレジメン（CAF、FAC、CEF、FEC）では６サイクル使用されることが多いとしている。また、乳癌診療ガイドライン薬物療法2007年版においてタキサンの至適治療期間は３～４サイクルが使用されることが多いとしている。
　以上より、乳癌で手術後にCMFまたはアンスラサイクリンまたはタキサンを含む化学療法を受けている患者は、特別の理由がない限り４サイクル以上行われる。
