根拠

　転移乳癌を対象とした多くのランダム化臨床試験において、全身化学療法にトラスツズマブを併用することで無増悪期間、１年生存率、全生存期間、Quality of Life（QOL）が有意に改善することが報告されている。これを受けて、乳癌診療ガイドライン薬物療法2007年版では、HER－2 陽性の転移・再発乳癌に対してトラスツズマブと化学療法の併用を推奨している。転移乳癌に関してNCCNガイドライン、カナダ・オンタリオ州ガイドラインなどの海外のガイドラインも、転移乳癌に対してトラスツズマブ・化学療法併用を推奨している。トラスツズマブの有害事象としては心機能障害があるため、カナダ・オンタリオ州のガイドライン、およびESMOガイドラインではアンスラサイクリン系以外の化学療法とトラスツズマブとの併用療法を推奨している。
　以上により、心機能が良好なHER－2 陽性の転移・再発性乳癌患者に対しては、全身化学療法とトラスツズマブの同時投与が行われる。
